We started to make/take enzyme drink recently. It contains vitamin Bs, proten, Amino acid, enzyme etc etc. I make this everyday and drink everyday. This seems to be a famous drink among raw-foodists, called "rejuvelac." It is hard to explain, so I refer to someone's description↓
REJUVELAC
Rejuvelac, said to be the accidental discovery of Ann Wigmore, is a very good, easy way to add enzymes, friendly bacteria, vitamins and minerals to the diet.
Rejuvelac is a beverage made by fermenting wheat sprouts in water over a 2-3 day period. Many grains can be used to create Rejuvelac, however soft white wheatberries produce the best results and, also, the best taste.

新しく酵素ドリンク(リュジュベラックという名前がついている)を培養し始めました。んで、これを起きぬけの一杯、毎朝飲みます。発芽玄米に水を入れておくと胚芽が発芽し始める、その時に発芽のために使われる酵素とか栄養分がその水に含まれるようになる。で、その発芽させている上澄みの水の部分だけを飲むわけ。微炭酸。ふつうに飲める。飲み始めてからお肌が”さらに”きれいになった!(と思う)
