Congraturations on me surviving for 1 month!!

We went out to eat dinner to celebrate my survival for 1 month. Home made pickles...They reminded me of Japanese tsukemono. We ordered another.
1ヵ月突破祝いにご飯食べに行った。

Craig had his hair cut. It is me who cut it. I think I did a good job, but he was a little complaining since I cut too much. I dared to do so since we are lately busy and it is getting hot lately.
クレイグ散髪したー。
私切ったー。我ながら結構上手に切れたと思うんだけど、クレイグは切りすぎだとちょっと不満そうだった。
暑くなってきたしーなかなか切る時間ないしーと思ってのサービスだったのにな。

By the way, when we order food at restaurants, they ask us what we want for the sides. If we choose french fries, the amount is always too big to stay healthy. We have to be poised for our later suffering.
ちなみにこっちでは何か頼むと「つけ合わせどうしますか」って聞かれて、ポテトを選ぶとこんな風に、どう考えても全部食べたら体に悪いだろって言う量で来る。頼むときはその後胸焼けする覚悟が必要。
