I Got a Raise!

The company that I work for decided to give me a raise, 1 dollar up per hour!! Also, I have passed a probation period so now the company pays for our health insurance. We used to pay $355/month but now I have to pay only $108/month! Any visit will cost only $20, no matter what. This is great!!　I have been waiting for this for a long time!
今働いている会社なんだけど、時給1ドル上げてくれた！いて欲しい人材にはきちんと投資したいということです。しかも試用期間が終わったから今月から保険料が月355ドルだったのを、会社が払ってくれるから108ドルになる！お医者さんに行ってもいつでも20ドルぽっきり。なんて素晴らしい。この日をどんなに待ち望んだことか…（涙）

黒人のお客さんが私の接客に満足してくれると、お別れのときに拳をこつんとする「フィストバンプ」で挨拶してくれる。この間は話しかけたとたん「見てるだけっ」と冷たく言われた黒人のおじさんが話している途中で和んでくれて、お別れにこれしてくれた。仲間として受け入れてくれたのかなとうれしくなる瞬間。
